چکیده

Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) is one of the most frequently mutated genes in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and mutation associated with poor prognosis patients. Two distinct types activating mutations have been identified AML samples. One internal tandem duplications juxtamembrane domain (FLT3-ITD) other point (FLT3-TKD). Gilteritinib a FLT3 inhibitor that inhibits both FLT3-ITD FLT3-TKD. It was reported differentiation leukemic blasts accompanied by syndrome occurs some patients treated gilteritinib. However, information about precise clinical course limited, appropriate management has not established. We report case relapsed Analysis variant allele frequency (VAF) revealed VAF decreased despite achievement complete remission incomplete hematologic recovery. Remarkable increases monocytes granulocytes were observed at 6 months after initiation gilteritinib treatment. Intermittent chemotherapy low-dose cytarabine mitoxantrone effective for reducing myelomonocytosis resolving syndrome.

Granulopoietic differentiation in AML blasts in culture.

A newly described monoclonal antibody detected an antigen (My-1) that is expressed on the cell surface during normal granulopoietic differentiation. The kinetics of expression of My-1 and NASD chloracetate esterase were studied during the formation in culture of blast colonies and normal granulopoietic colonies. My-1-positive cells increased during blast colony formation in 6 of 9 experiments, ...

RGS2 is an important target gene of Flt3-ITD mutations in AML and functions in myeloid differentiation and leukemic transformation.

Activating fetal liver tyrosine kinase 3 (Flt3) mutations represent the most common genetic aberrations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Most commonly, they occur as internal tandem duplications in the juxtamembrane domain (Flt3-ITD) that transform myeloid cells in vitro and in vivo and that induce aberrant signaling and biologic functions. We identified RGS2, a regulator of G-protein signaling...
